INFORMATION CLAUSE
In connection with the entry into force on May 25th, 2018, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/WE. There is some information:
I. The purpose of the “RODO”
It introduces and unifies the rules for the processing of personal data throughout the European Union. In particular, it takes care of the security of personal data and protects the right to privacy.
II. Data administrator
The administrator of personal data is Personnel Group Sp. z o.o. based in Gliwice, Zwycięstwa Street 52A cooperating with companies, with which data processing entrustment agreements have been concluded.
III. Objectives and legal basis of processing
Your personal data will be processed on the basis of:
– Art. 6(1)(a) RODO (on the basis of your consent),
– Article 6(1)(b) RODO (for the purpose of signing and performing a contract),
– Article 6(1)(c) RODO (for the purposes of complying with legislation),
– Article 6(1)(f) RODO (for archival-evidence purposes) being the fulfilment of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of legal necessity.
Personal data of candidates to job will be processed to provide recruitment processes.
Personal data of employees will be processed for the purpose related to establishing and conducting of the employment process. In addition, the law requires to process data for tax purposes, accounting and data storage for archival purposes.
Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
IV. Recipients of data
Recipients of personal data of job candidates will be entities necessary for the implementation of recruitment processes, implementation of the Administrator’s activities (e.g. law firms, IT-companies, courier companies).
The recipient of personal data of employees will be entities necessary to conclude an employment contract, contract agreement and all documents arising from the Labor Code, tax and insurance obligations, implementation of the Administrator’s activities (e.g. law firms, IT-companies, courier companies, accounting companies).
V. Transmission of data to the third countries
Personal data of citizens of the European Economic Sphere will not be transferred to the third countries.
Personal data of citizens from outside the European Economic Sphere may be transferred to the third countries. We make every effort to secure personal data.
VI. The period of data storage
Personal data of job applicants will be kept for the period required by law, needed for the recruitment processes or until the end of the period of limitation of claims.
Your personal data will be processed in the course of the current recruitment process for a period of 12 months from the date of application and, in the case of consent to process data for future recruitment, for a period of up to 2 years from the date of application or until you withdraw your consent to processing – whichever event occurs first.
Personal data of recruits will be kept for the period required by the Labour Code, needed for the performance of the contract or until the end of the period of limitation of claims.
VII. Existing rights
The following rights related to the processing of personal data:
the right to access personal data,
the right to request the correction of personal data,
the right to request the deletion of personal data,
the right to demand restricting the processing of personal data,
the right to object to the processing of data due to your special situation – in cases there process of data on the basis of legitimate interest,
the right to transfer personal data, i.e. the right to receive personal data from the Administrator, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You may send this data to another data administrator or request that sends this data to another administrator. However, it’s happens only if such a message is technically possible. The right to transfer personal data is only due to the data that process on the basis of an agreement or on the basis of the consent expressed.

VIII. Information about the complaint to the supervisory brunch
Opportunity to write letter of complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if the processing personal data violates the provisions of the “RODO”.
IX. Information on voluntary data submission
Providing personal data is voluntary
For job candidates it is a condition for the proper implementation of the recruitment processes.
For employees, it is a condition for the proper implementation of the employment contract, contract agreement and all documents arising from the Labor Code, tax and insurance obligations, implementation of the Administrator’s activities
